1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration and Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

3dhoki accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. 3dhoki does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account from which you made your deposit, unless otherwise approved by 3dhoki for security reasons. You may withdraw funds only after completing KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP tier status. Standard withdrawal processing time is 6-24 hours for verified accounts, with expedited processing available for Diamond and Black Diamond VIP members. 5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension

3dhoki reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for investigation purposes. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or withdraw funds until the matter is resolved.

11.2 Termination by 3dhoki

We may terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, provide false information, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. If there are remaining real-money funds in your account after deducting any amounts owed to 3dhoki, we will process withdrawal of the balance to you, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11.3 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance before the account is permanently closed. Once closed, you will not be able to reactivate the account, and you must wait a minimum of 6 months before registering a new account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of 3dhoki services shall be resolved through the following process:
